At Cognis I am focused on helping social purpose organisations to use AI technology as a strategic lever and developing talented people who want to make a difference. I help our clients to embed skills and ways of working that are fit for the digital age, to build modern experiences that appeal to younger generations, and to leverage modern digital technology for purpose.

I bring 20 years' consulting and technology experience, leading global teams of more than 200 people. Before Cognis, I was a Partner at EY where I served as the firm’s Asia-Pacific Consulting Leader for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics. During this time, I delivered technology strategies and data platforms for Big 4 banks, insurance companies, government, and retailers. I also advised boards and executive teams in developing emerging technology leaders and building innovation ecosystems.

I joined EY through the acquisition of C3, an award-winning data and analytics start-up. As the Head of Analytics at C3, I built one of the first Australian Big Data platforms, which years later continues to underpin the data products of major organisations. In the last decade, I have provided AI and Analytics expertise to industry analysts, the media (e.g. ABC Technology, Business Review Weekly, The Australian) and NGOs.

Prior to joining C3, I was a director at a major systems integrator, where I specialized in business transformation. In this role I managed a portfolio of programs with a budget of US $150 million. My global experience included working with teams in the Americas, EMEAI and Asia-Pacific.

I practice purpose-led, agile and strengths-based leadership to create a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

I have degrees in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton.
