I really enjoy the buzz that I get from working on social causes and seeing the impact of this work. I am specially interested in improving access to justice and delivering aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters.

At Cognis my priorities are making sure we support initiatives aligned with our values, delivering great client experiences and creating a place where the best people want to work. I divide my time between managing client engagements, coaching and supporting team members, and recruiting new talent.

I have a finance and technology background with more than 20 years in banking, member-based organisations, not-for-profits and startups. I have worked in global leadership roles at organisations such as Barclays, the Law Society of England and Wales, and Voluntary Service Overseas, as well as volunteering for The Micro-Loan Foundation.
